Marco Badellino

FOUNDING PARTNER

Court of Appeal lawyer, member of the Turin Bar Association since 1998. Founding partner of the law firm, is specialized in M&A and corporate restructuring, providing legal advice for business, contract and labour law, and for commercial and labour litigation. Graduate with full marks in jurisprudence at the University of Turin in 1995. Oftentimes appointed as lecturer at conventions and training courses. Member of AGI – Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani. Former member of supervisory boards for legislation n.231/2001. Several publications on law reviews. English and French speaker.

Elena Appendino

Sara Gatto

Member of the Turin Bar Association since 2005. Works for our firm since 2001 and partnered in 2011. Specialized in private law, contracts, civil liability and family law. Alessandro Bottino

Worked as civil lawyer and legal advisor for several multinational corporations and local lending institutions, specializing in every level of legal counselling for societies and legal entities, as well as private entrepreneurs, artisans and professionals. Many years of experience in loan portfolios management for feasibility assessment, including enforced recovery with the support of a specific IT platform for the clients’ needs; in labour law (disciplinary procedures, interposition of manpower, tenders); in banking law and corporate crisis; in international contracts. In 2011, he has published the monograph “I Verbali del Consiglio di Amministrazione e delle Assemblee di Spa e Srl”, co-written with Fabrizio Bava, professor of business economics at the University of Turin, published by Giuffrè Editore. In 2020, he has published the monograph “Le Esposizioni Finanziarie Bancarie Deteriorate”, co-written with Luca Lovera, published by Giuffrè Editore. Vanessa Boero

Luisa Di Giacomo

Member of the Turin Bar Association since 2007, privacy consultant for several North Italian companies since 2012, DPO for Public Administration and private businesses since 2018. After her training in civil law, corporate law and commercial law, in the last decade she focused exclusively on Internet law, new technologies and personal data protection. She has studied and worked abroad, and works as a teacher and a trainer for publishing companies. English, French, Spanish and Portuguese speaker.

Enrico Attili

Court of Appeal lawyer, Member of the Rome Bar Association since 2007, works in Turin, Milan and Rome. BA Legal’s contractor since 2023, specialized in administrative law, admiralty and maritime law, and transport law, focusing on public contracts, airport industry and infrastructure networks access, both in-court and out-of-court, in civil or administrative context, for public and private clients.
